Role Overview Summary
The volunteer will be supporting in maintaining digital learning devices, applications, and solar-powered equipment, while addressing technical issues and providing training to learners and staff. The role includes monitoring e-assessment data, troubleshooting IT issues, and preparing progress reports, ensuring smooth operations and fostering an effective digital learning environment.
Ideal Applicant Summary
If you are a highly motivated individual with a solid foundation in IT literacy, supported by practical experience in either hardware or software maintenance. They possess strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward overcoming challenges. Have an excellent communication skills in Portuguese and a strong awareness of local languages. The role is for you!

Additional Information
Allowance and accommodation
All volunteers have an allowance paid in local currency. The allowance meets reasonable living expenses in country, but will not be enough to send money home.
VSO works with some of the poorest communities in the world which means accommodation varies and will be basic.
