We’re Hiring! Business Development Officer (Oil & Gas)
Dyna Segmen Mozambique SA is on the lookout for a results-driven professional to join our team in Maputo. If you have a proven track record in business development, procurement, and tender management within the oil & gas sector, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
Source & Close New Business: Prospect, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities.
End-to-End Tender Leadership: Scan international & regional portals, lead bid preparation, submission, and follow-up.
Supplier & Contract Excellence: Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and oversee procurement of equipment, services & logistics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical, legal, and safety teams to align all activities with operational needs and regulatory standards.
Performance & Compliance: Track KPIs, report on tender outcomes, and ensure full compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years in business development; procurement/contract management in oil & gas or related industries.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of international and regional tendering procedures; strategic sourcing.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
Language: Fluent in English; Portuguese (Mozambican) an advantage.
Location: Based in Maputo with immediate availability.
