Funções ou responsabilidades:
- Collaborate closely with the Office Support Team to ensure effective coordination and communication for day-to-day operations.
- Facilitate effective internal communication across departments and teams.
- Provide support to team and management with documentation and logistical needs.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, maintaining office supplies, and managing petty cash.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and preparing meeting rooms.
- Assist in coordinating marketing and branding activities, including social media updates, preparation of promotional materials, and supporting the implementation of company marketing initiatives and events.
- Address general inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth front desk and office operations.
- Print, scan, and file documents such as contracts, invoices, and reports as required.
- Distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing correspondence.
- Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and respond to inquiries with accurate information.
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and partners in a friendly and professional manner.
Requisitos ou qualificações:
- Qualifications in office administration or related fields.
- Proficiency in English language is crucial.
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
